• 10 x 30 minutes coaching sessions with Lisa Jane (over 3 months).

• Up to 5 minutes of between session Whatsapp/Email check-in/celebration communication.

• A summary recap after each session with suggested content ideas for emotionally intelligent, empathy-based & embodied business, marketing, social media content & strategy.
